Apricots have a deep, juicy flavour and the Virgo enhances this quality of the apricot liqueur by pairing it with cardamom. The result is tart and yet cooling.
Ingredients
| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | 50 ml – 2 oz |
| Cardamon Tea* | 100 ml – 4 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 25 ml – 1 oz |
| * Cardomom Tea: 2 g of dried cardamon, 100 ml of hot water at 70 degrees. Infused and cool down. |
Method
Build in high ball over rocks and garnish with a slice of apricot.
