Preparation
Apricots have a deep, juicy flavour and the Virgo enhances this quality of the apricot liqueur by pairing it with cardamom. The result is tart and yet cooling.

Ingredients

Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy50 ml – 2 oz
Cardamon Tea* 100 ml – 4 oz
Lemon Juice 25 ml – 1 oz
* Cardomom Tea: 2 g of dried cardamon, 100 ml of hot water at 70 degrees. Infused and cool down.

Method

Build in high ball over rocks and garnish with a slice of apricot.

Decoration : Apricot
