Vine Sour
Ingredients
| Merlet Eau de Vigne | 2 oz - 40 ml |
| Fresh lemon juice | 1 oz - 20 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 1 oz - 20 ml |
| Egg white | 1 |
Method
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and dry shake to pre whip ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
