Triple Bitter Apéritif

Ingredients

Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur30 ml -1 ½ oz
Dry Vermouth (Dolin) 20 ml - 1 oz
Campari5 ml - ¼ oz
Angostura Bitters 1 dash
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 15 ml - ¾ oz

Method

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Shake vigorously to achieve proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Decoration : Orange Disc zested over the cocktail
