| Merlet Sœurs Cerises, cherry brandy | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Gin | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Fresh orange juice | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Absinth | 2 dashes |
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, then shake vigorously to obtain a perfectly diluted and cooled cocktail. Filter in a coupette.
