| Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Blanco Tequila | 40 ml – 2 oz |
| Lime Muddling Quarters | 4-5 |
| Mint Sprig-Muddle | 1 |
Method
Add 4-5 lime quarters and a sprig of mint into a mixing glass and muddle. Combine remaining ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a rocks glass, over fresh ice.
