The Targa Florio is actually a Triple Sec Collins. It is named after a former Sicilian car race. This illustrates the journey of the citrus flavours that combines the Merlet Triple Sec and the lemon juice, just like the sinuous roads of this rally, winding through this sunny island’s lemon and orange trees.
Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 50 ml – 2 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 15 ml – ¾ oz |
| Sparkling water | To top |
Method
Pour the Triple Sec, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tumbler full of ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
Decoration : Mandarin or Orange Slice
Service : Tumbler Glass
