| Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois, strawberry liqueur | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Blanco Tequila* | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Simple syrup | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Rosewater | 1 drop |
| Club Soda | 80 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in Mixing Glass, then pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a strawberry on the lip of the glass. *Can be replaced with London Dry Gin
