A rather mysterious cocktail: we do not know much about its origins, except that it was popular in the 1910s and that it was the favourite drink of the American pilots of during the Second World War. It’s best enjoyed after dinner.
Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 40 ml - 2 oz |
| Crème de menthe | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| *works with Merlet VSOP Cognac or Merlet VS Cognac |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a small cocktail glass.
