Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 40 ml – 2 oz |
| Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur | 10 ml – ½ oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 25 ml – 1 ¼ oz |
| Simple Syrup | 15 ml – ¾ oz |
| Egg White | 25 ml -1 ¼ oz |
| White Wine | 25 ml – 1 ¼ oz |
Method
Combine Cognac, peach liqueur, lemon juice and egg white into a mixing glass and dry shake to pre whip ingredients. Add ice and shake vigourously for proper dilution and chill. Single strain into a chilled cocktail coupette. Top with white wine.
