Preparation
This Sparkling Punch is a bubbly version of an English style punch, thus with gin. The juniper flavours complement the verbena and the lemon notes. Then the Wild Strawberry Liqueur brings a unique fruity and summery touch. The Triple Sec version adding citrus and sour notes.

Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois, strawberry liqueur500 ml - 16 oz
Gin500 ml - 16 oz
Lemon Juice 500 ml - 16 oz
Lemon Sherbert (Alt.use sugar syrup) 250 ml - 8oz
Small bunch Verbena 1
Slices fruits
Champagne (or Sparkling wine)

Method

Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl and add sliced fruits and verbena. Infuse for minimum 15 minutes before ladling over ice into a glass. Top with Champagne.

Decoration : Lemon Thym

Service : Punch Bowl for preparation. Wine, short Tumbler, small Rocks or small Tankard glass for service.
