Ingredients

Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac	2 oz - 40 ml
Eucalyptus Cordial*	1 oz - 20 ml

Method

Combine both ingredients in a cocktail tin and stir over cubed ice. Fine strain into a small, chilled coupette and garnish with a cleaned eucalyptus leaf as garnish. *Eucalyptus Cordial recipe : Infused 30 leaves of Eucalyptus in 350ml pure spirit for about 10- 12 hours. Once infused mix 235ml of Eucalyptus tincture to 465g of sugar syrup.
