Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 45 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Merlet C² Citron, cognac & citruses liqueur | 15 ml - ½ oz |
| Sweet Vermouth | 30 ml - 1 oz |
| Orange Bitters | 1 dash |
| Peychaud’s Bitters | 1 dash |
| Club Soda | 60 ml - 2 oz |
Method
Measure ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Stir for proper chill and dilution. Strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda.
