| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 2 oz - 40 ml |
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 1 oz - 20 ml |
| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | 1/4 oz - 5 ml |
| Fresh lemon juice | 20 ml |
Method
Prepare the half sugared rim martini glass (optional) : moisten the rim first by wiping a wedge of lemon around the outside edge of half the rim of the glass, then roll the outside edge through a saucer of sugar. Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the martini glass.
