The Seraphin is a version of the 1950’s drink EL Diablo which is Tony’s favourite Tequila drink. Tony swapped the black-currant for the pear to create a lighter style drink.
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| White Tequila | 50 ml – 2 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 15 ml - ½ oz |
| Ginger Beer | to top |
Method
Pour all ingredients in tumbler glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer. Stir for few seconds.
Decoration : Lime Wedge
Service : Tumbler Glass
