Popular cocktail in the 1970s. It belongs to the tiki cocktail family, together with the Mai Tai. Very refreshing for hot summer afternoons.
Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| 5 years Rum | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Lemon juice | 20 ml - ¾ oz |
| Orange juice | 20 ml - ¾ oz |
| Orgeat syrup | 10 ml - ¼ oz |
| *works with Merlet VSOP Cognac or Merlet VS Cognac |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a large cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
