The Ruby is adapted from one of Tony’s favourite recipes from a book by Frank Meier in the 1930’s. It is the perfect digestif drink.
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois, strawberry liqueur | 35ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Dubonnet Rouge | 35ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Peychaud | 1 |
Method
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the martini glass.
Decoration : Orange twist
