The Ruby is adapted from one of Tony’s favourite recipes from a book by Frank Meier in the 1930’s. It is the perfect digestif drink.

Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois, strawberry liqueur35ml - 1 ½ oz
Dubonnet Rouge 35ml - 1 ½ oz
Peychaud1

Method

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the martini glass.

Decoration : Orange twist

Service : Martini Glass
