The Rosy Punch is a version of a classic punch recipe, with a twist. Using rosé wine, it gives it a lovely pink color and a nice summery feel.
Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 175 ml – 6 oz |
| Gin | 700 ml – 24 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 350 ml - 12 oz |
| Maraschino Liqueur | 175 ml - 6 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 100 ml - 3.5 oz |
| Rose Wine | 1.4L - 48 oz |
| Soda Water | 700 ml - 24 oz |
| Orange | 1 |
Method
Mix all liquid ingredients except soda water in a punch bowl and add sliced orange and rose petals (optional). Infuse for minimum 15 minutes before ladling over ice into a glass, and top with soda water.
Decoration : Rose petals (optional), orange slices.
Service : Punch Bowl for preparation. Wine or short Tumbler for service.
