Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur1 oz - 25 ml
Merlet Chevessac Rosé, Pineau des Charentes1 oz - 25 ml
Fresh lemon juice1 oz - 25 ml
Sugar syrup¼ oz - 5 ml
Egg white1 oz - 25 ml

Method

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and dry shake to pre whip ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
