Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur | 1 oz - 25 ml |
| Merlet Chevessac Rosé, Pineau des Charentes | 1 oz - 25 ml |
| Fresh lemon juice | 1 oz - 25 ml |
| Sugar syrup | ¼ oz - 5 ml |
| Egg white | 1 oz - 25 ml |
Method
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and dry shake to pre whip ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
