| Merlet Crème de Framboise, raspberry liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Gin (Plymouth) | 40 ml – 2 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Orange Bitters | 1 dash |
| Egg White | 1 |
| Top with Club Soda | To top |
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and dry shake to whip. Add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a Collins glass, over fresh ice. Top with club soda.
Decoration : Lemon Disc zested over the cocktail & discard and a Raspberry on a pick on the lip of the glass
