| Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Gin (Beefeater) | 40 ml – 2 oz |
| Dry Vermouth (Dolin) | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Orange Bitters (Angostura) | 1 dash |
Method
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and ice. Stir briskly for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Decoration : Lemon Disc zested over the cocktail
