Ingredients
| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | ½ oz - 10 ml |
| Gin | 2 oz - 40 ml |
| Fresh lime juice | 1 oz - 20 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 1/4 oz - 5 ml |
| Peychaud's bitters | 3 dashes |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and double strain into a coupette.
Decoration : Lime wedge
