Ingredients

Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy½ oz - 10 ml
Gin2 oz - 40 ml
Fresh lime juice1 oz - 20 ml
Sugar syrup1/4 oz - 5 ml
Peychaud's bitters3 dashes

Method

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and double strain into a coupette.

Decoration : Lime wedge
