| Gin* | 40 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Tonic water | To top |
Method
Pour Merlet Crème de Poire in highball glass with ice cubes, add gin. Complete with tonic. *Tangueray is suggested
Decoration : Lime or lemon wedge
