| Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Blanco Tequila | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Mezcal* | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Simple syrup | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
| Club soda | 80 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in Mixing Glass, then pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with 3 pear slices. *Del Maguey Vida is suggested
Decoration : 3 pear slices on a pick (fanned).
