| Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Bourbon | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Simple syrup | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
| Club Soda | 80 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in mixing glass, then pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
