Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 30 ml - 1 oz |
| Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur | 30 ml - 1 oz |
| Jamaican Rum | 5 ml - 1 tsp |
| Jasmine Tea | 90 ml - 3 oz |
| Fresh Lemon Juice | 15 ml - ½ oz |
| Demerara Oleo Saccharum* | 15 ml - ½ oz |
| * Refer to specific recipe or replace by simple syrup |
Method
Combine all ingredients into a large container and refrigerate. Serve 4 oz portion over ice in a Punch or Rocks glass.
Decoration : Freshly grated nutmeg
Service : Punch or Rocks Glass
