Ingredients

Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac30 ml - 1 oz
Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur30 ml - 1 oz
Jamaican Rum 5 ml - 1 tsp
Jasmine Tea 90 ml - 3 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice 15 ml - ½ oz
Demerara Oleo Saccharum* 15 ml - ½ oz
* Refer to specific recipe or replace by simple syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients into a large container and refrigerate. Serve 4 oz portion over ice in a Punch or Rocks glass.

Decoration : Freshly grated nutmeg
