| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 2 oz - 50 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 1⁄2 oz - 15 ml |
Method
Combine the sugar syrup with 25ml of Pain Français infused Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac in a cocktail tin and stir 25 times. Add a further 25ml of Pain Français infused Cognac and stir 25 times. Strain and over fresh cubed ice pour into a rocks glass and garnish. *Pain Français infused Merlet Borthers Blend cognac recipe: Ingredients: - Brioche 100g - Merlet Brothers Blend cognac 700ml (1 bottle) First toast or grill brioche until brown, vacuum pack toasted with cognac and cook sous vide for 20 min.
