| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 3⁄4 oz - 15 ml |
| White rum* | 1 1/2 oz - 35 ml |
| Fresh lime juice | 1 oz - 25 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 3⁄4 oz - 15 ml |
Method
Pour all ingredients in shaker. Shake with ice. Double strain in a coupette. Garnish with lemon zest. *Havana 3 is suggested
