Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur	15 ml - ¾ oz
Blanco Tequila	30 ml - 1 ½ oz
Bianco Vermouth	10 ml - ½ oz
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice	10 ml - ½ oz
Pippali Long Pepper Tinture*	5 ml - ¼ oz
30g Pippali Long Pepper in 500ml of vodka, let infuse for 2 weeks, then fine strain and keep refrigerated.

Method

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
