| Merlet C² Café, cognac & coffee liqueur | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Passion fruit* | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| White cacao liqueur** | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Amontillado sherry | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
Method
Measure ingredients into a Collins glass. Add pellet ice and swizzle. Top with additional pellet ice forming a cone shape top. Garnish with an Orchid or 2 mint sprigs. *1 part passion fruit puree and 2 part lemon juice **Marie Brizard is suggested
