Ingredients

Merlet C² Café, cognac & coffee liqueur20 ml - 1 oz
Passion fruit*15 ml - ¾ oz
White cacao liqueur**15 ml - ¾ oz
Amontillado sherry15 ml - ¾ oz

Method

Measure ingredients into a Collins glass. Add pellet ice and swizzle. Top with additional pellet ice forming a cone shape top. Garnish with an Orchid or 2 mint sprigs. *1 part passion fruit puree and 2 part lemon juice **Marie Brizard is suggested
