Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Melon, cantaloupe liqueur | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Japanese Rice Whiskey | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Fresh Lemon Juice | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Simple syrup | 5 ml - 1⁄4 oz |
| Cucumber slices | 2 muddled |
| Club soda | To top |
Method
Measure the ingredients and add cucumber slices into a mixing tin, then muddle the cucumber slices. Add ice, cap shaker, and shake quickly to chill but not dilute. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with cold club soda. Garnish with Cucumber wheel.
