Maï Taï
Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Spiced rum | 25 ml - 1 ¼ oz |
| Brown rum | 25 ml - 1 ¼ oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Fresh lime juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Orgeat syrup | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Angostura Bitters | 3 dashes |
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice cubes, then shake. Pour into a Tumbler glass with used ice cubes, topping with crushed ice. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a marinated cherry.
