| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 2 oz - 40 ml |
| Lemon Verbena Liqueur* | 1 oz - 20 ml |
Method
Build in a rocks glass and stirred 10 times. *For the Lemon Verbena Liqueur : Fresh Verbena (14g), Vodka (720ml), Sugar (450g), Water (240ml) Remove Verbena leaves from stems, combine ingredients in a super bag, cook sous vide at 40 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in ice bath and strain in.
Decoration : Sprig of fresh lemon Verbena
