Ingredients
| Merlet C² Cassis, cognac & blackurrant liqueur | 35 ml - 1 ¾ oz |
| Blanc / Bianco Vermouth | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Lemongrass Tisane | 100 ml - 5 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 5 ml - 1 tsp |
Method
Measure all ingredients into an iSi Whipper, and refrigerate, or place into an ice bath. Once chilled, charge the whipper with 1 C02 charger, and then carefully release the gas holding the whipper upright, not allowing any liquid to escape. Then charge the whipper with 2 chargers of CO2. Upend the whipper, Press trigger and discharge the carbonated liquid over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
