Ingredients

Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy1/2 oz - 15 ml
White rum1 1/2 oz - 35 ml
Fresh pineapple juice1 oz - 25 ml
Fresh lime juice1/2 oz - 15 ml
Sugar syrup1/4 oz - 10 ml

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a coupette.
