Ingredients
| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | 1/2 oz - 15 ml |
| White rum | 1 1/2 oz - 35 ml |
| Fresh pineapple juice | 1 oz - 25 ml |
| Fresh lime juice | 1/2 oz - 15 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 1/4 oz - 10 ml |
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a coupette.
