Horse’s neck
Dating back to 1890, the Horse's Neck was first and foremost a non-alcoholic cocktail. Cognac (or sometimes bourbon) made its appearance around 1900. It has since become the norm.
Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 50 ml - 2 oz |
| Angostura bitters | 3 drops |
| Ginger Ale | Top |
| * works with Merlet VSOP Cognac or Merlet VS Cognac |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a glass with ice cubes, save for the ginger ale. Stir and add ginger ale. Stir once more. Garnish with a long curling lemon peel.
