Preparation
Cassis and hibiscus are a delicious combination, complimenting each other perfectly in this simple, refreshing drink. As the liqueur has quite a high sugar content, the tannic, rich flavour of the hibiscus dries and lengthens the cassis, thinning out the sugar for a palatable, long drink resonating with plum-like overtones.

Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur50 ml - 2 oz
Hibiscous Tea* 150 ml - 6 oz
* Hibiscus Tea: 3 g Dried hibiscus, 150 ml Hot water at 70 degrees. Infused and cool down.

Method

Build in a highball glass over rocks and garnish with a lemon & orange slice

Decoration : Lemon & Orange Slice
