| Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois, strawberry liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Gin (Tanqueray) | 20 ml – 1 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Champagne | to top |
Method
Combine top 3 ingredients into a mixing glass and ice. Shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
Decoration : Lemon peel zested over cocktail and discard & strawberry on edge of glass
Service : Flute or Coupe
