| Merlet Sœurs Cerises, cherry brandy | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Overproof Bourbon | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Simple syrup | 5ml - ¼ oz |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
| Peychaud Bitters | 1 dash |
| Soda water | 80 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in mixing glass, then pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with 2 cherries on a pick.
