rums: Banks 5 Island or Scarlet Ibis or Appleton V/X
Ingredients
| Merlet C² Cassis, cognac & blackurrant liqueur | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Aged Rhum | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Fresh Lime Juice | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Simple Syrup | 5 ml - 1 tsp |
Method
Measure ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice. Shake vigorously for proper chill and dilution. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
