Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur10 ml - ½ oz
Blanco Tequila40 ml - 2 oz
Fresh lime juice25 ml - 1 ¼ oz
Sugar syrup10 ml - ½ oz
Ginger BeerTo top

Method

Pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, top with ginger beer and add a lime wedge.

Decoration : Lime wedge

Service : Highball
