Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Blanco Tequila | 40 ml - 2 oz |
| Fresh lime juice | 25 ml - 1 ¼ oz |
| Sugar syrup | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Ginger Beer | To top |
Method
Pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, top with ginger beer and add a lime wedge.
Decoration : Lime wedge
Service : Highball
