The Cosmopolitan’s origin is unclear, certainly discovered between 1970’s and 1985 in the US. Nevertheless it is today one of the most well-known cocktail around the world, simply referred as « Cosmo ».
Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Vodka | 40 ml - 2 oz |
| Cranberry Juice | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Lime Juice | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Orange bitters | 1 dash |
Method
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour the content into a martini glass. Finish with a dash of orange bitter.
