Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur5 ml - ¼ oz
Rum (3 years old molasses Rum) 40 ml – 2 oz
Fino Sherry 10 ml - ½ oz
Sweet Vermouth (Martini & Rossi Rosso) 20 ml – 1 oz

Method

Pour all ingredients in a large glass (Boston or Rocks). Add 4 to 6 ice cubes. Stir over ice for 10 to 20 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass.

Decoration : Orange twist
