Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Rum (3 years old molasses Rum) | 40 ml – 2 oz |
| Fino Sherry | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Sweet Vermouth (Martini & Rossi Rosso) | 20 ml – 1 oz |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a large glass (Boston or Rocks). Add 4 to 6 ice cubes. Stir over ice for 10 to 20 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass.
Decoration : Orange twist
