| Merlet VSOP Cognac | 40 ml - 2 oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Sugar syrup | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Club soda | 100 ml - 5 oz |
Method
Pour ingredients in a Highball glass full with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Decoration : Lemon wedge or lemon twist
