Ingredients
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 15 ml - 1 oz |
| Sugar cube | 1 pc |
| Angostura bitters | 3 drops |
| Champagne | 100 ml - 4 oz |
| * works with Merlet VSOP Cognac or Merlet VS Cognac |
Method
Place a sugar cube on a napkin and add three drops of bitters. Put the bitter-soaked sugar in a champagne flute. Pour the cognac and fill glass with champagne. Squeeze an orange zest over the cocktail and discard.
Decoration : Orange zest (to discard)
Service : Champagne flute
