Ingredients

Merlet C² Café, cognac & coffee liqueur¾ oz - 15 ml
Blanco Tequila*2 oz - 40 ml
Honey water**¼ oz - 5 ml

Method

Add ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice. Stir and strain into a coupe. *Tapitao Anejo is suggested ** Honey water : Clover Honey 200 g, water at 80°C 200 ml. Combine ingredients and dissolve honey into water. Store in a vaccum pac bag.
