Ingredients
| Merlet C² Café, cognac & coffee liqueur | ¾ oz - 15 ml |
| Blanco Tequila* | 2 oz - 40 ml |
| Honey water** | ¼ oz - 5 ml |
Method
Add ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice. Stir and strain into a coupe. *Tapitao Anejo is suggested ** Honey water : Clover Honey 200 g, water at 80°C 200 ml. Combine ingredients and dissolve honey into water. Store in a vaccum pac bag.
