Created by Dick Bradsell in 1984. The Carol Channing is named after the famous American actress in the film « Thoroughly Modern Milly » where she constantly runs around shouting « raspberries ».
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Framboise, raspberry liqueur | 10 ml - ¼ oz |
| Raspberry Eau de Vie (spirit) | 15 ml – ½ oz |
| Champagne (or sparkling wine) To top | To top |
Method
Put the raspberry liqueur and raspberry spirit (« eau de vie ») in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a flute glass. Top with champagne or sparkling white wine.
