The Carosone modifies the classic structure of an Americano cocktail by exchanging the traditional ingredients for a lighter flavour profile. The sweet vermouth is traded with Cocchi Americano- a more punchy, aromatic vermouth and the Campari is replaced by the juicy poire liqueur and then lengthened with soda for a delicately perfumed and thirst-quenching cocktail.

| Cocchi Americano Aperitivo | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Soda | 100 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in glass over rocks and garnish with a slice of lemon
