C² Citron Ice Tea

Ingredients

Merlet C² Citron, cognac & citruses liqueur	2 oz - 40 ml
Carbonated Tea*	6 oz - 120 ml

Method

Combine all the ingredients and add ice in a Highball glass. * Carbonated Tea : 4 g Dammann Breakfast Tea, water at 80°C. Add the Tea to the water and stew for 8 minutes. Superbag and chill to below 6°C. Pour into Siphon and charge with 2 CO2 canisters. Turn upside down and expel gas. Open siphon pour into airtight bottle and fasten lid tight and tape.
