Ingredients
| Merlet C² Café, cognac & coffee liqueur | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 25 ml - 1 ¼ oz |
| Demerara Syrup* | 3 ml - 1 tsp |
| Cardamom Bitters** | 1 dash |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Method
Measure ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir for proper chill and dilution. Zest an Old Fashioned glass with an orange peel and discard. Strain the cocktail into the zested Old Fashioned glass and serve. *Sirop Demerara : 250 ml of water, 250 ml of demerara sugar (or brown sugar). In a saucepan, bring the ingredients to a simmer (80 degrees Celsius) without boiling. Refrigerate immediately, covering only once the syrup gets cold. **Scrappy’s is suggested
