A simple, stylish drink the Bright showcases the high end citrus notes of triple sec. The lemon juice cuts through the sweetness of the triple sec. The result is a light, refreshing cocktail, brightening the flavour profile of the triple sec; a lemon twist adding a hint of effervescence.
Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 50 ml – 2 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 25 ml - 1 oz |
Method
Pour both ingredients into coupette, over crushed, ice and garnish.
